Directions: Take 30-60 minutes prior to training with 6 oz of water or to desired taste. CON-CRET can be taken with or without food or protein. Normal Training: 1 capsule per 100 pounds of body weight. Intense Training: 1-2 capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. Post & Off Days: Can take 1 capsule per 100 pounds of body weight to assist in muscle recovery.

•If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll gladly issue an in-store credit to your account for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
