As long as you return the item within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a refund (minus original & return shipping costs for unopened products) or an in-store credit (if the product has been opened).

All returns must be accompanied by a BodyandFitnessGroup Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Damaged Items
•Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds.
•We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in. •All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.
