Here at BodyandFitnessGroup we understand that customers change their minds or may not react well to certain supplements. As long as you return the item within 30 days of purchase, you can receive a refund (minus original & return shipping costs for unopened products) or an in-store credit (if the product has been opened).
•If your purchase came with a free item, the free item must be returned as well or you will be charged the product price for the free item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by a BodyandFitnessGroup Return Processing Authorization (RPA) Number. Call 1-309-777-3271 or email us at bodyandfitnessgroup@gmail.com and ask for a return processing authorization number. This number must appear on your return label.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, gift cards, discontinued items, blowoutsale, and clearance items cannot be returned.
Damaged Items
•Damaged Products must be received by us before any refunds.
•We will need proof of the damage which can be given with a detailed photo of damaged item (if open or cracked, we need to see the bottle open), the invoice, and the packaging you received this in. For damaged products, we may issue a store credit for you with proper proof. We do this because of fraud.
•All problems with orders must be reported within 72 hours upon receiving them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Customer pays for return shipping and for re-shipping the exchange (unless noted free shipping on website).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It can sometimes take up to 7-10 business days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at bodyandfitnessgroup@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable (original and return). If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
