Suggested Use:As a dietary supplement, take 2.5 grams (2 and ½ scoops) 45 minutes to an hour prior to workout out or take 1.5 grams (1.5 scoops) prior to working out and 1 scoop spaced approximately 8 hours before or after. On non-workout days, take 1.5 grams (1 and ½ scoops) in the morning and 1 scoop in the evening. Betaine Anhydrous can be taken with or without food.

•If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll gladly issue an in-store credit to your account for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost.
