DIRECTIONS For TestABOL:Based on body weight; 150-180 Lbs = 1 capsule per serving 2 times per day.
Serving Size: 180-210 Lbs = 1 capsule per serving, 3 times per day.
Serving Size: 220 Lbs and more = 2 capsules per serving 2 times per day.
Suggested Use:Take 1 to 2 servings twice daily. One serving in the morning. One servings 6-8 hours later. Best taken 30-45 minutes before workouts.
DIRECTIONS For HALO:
We recommend to take 3 tablets 30-60 mins before workout. When not working out, take 3 tablets after lunchtime. Do not take more than 3 tablets daily.
We suggest taking Halo Elite for 16 weeks and then taking 2 months off.
