When to Take / Use on Workout Days: ALRI Industries recommends that you mix up 1 scoop (1 serving) and drink with 8 to 10 ounces of cold water about 20 minutes before your workout (pre-workout). You should also take an additional serving/scoop right after your workout has been completed (post workout). Some customers choose to take it intra workout as well. After weeks of use, you should notice a good before and after change in your physique.
When to Take / Use on Non-Workout Days: ALRI Industries recommends that you take 1 serving of Humapro 25 minutes before taking in any type of protein or amino acids or at least 2 hours after you ingest any sort of protein or amino acid.
