Bulking

 Bulking with great size gains. 8-15 lbs of  body weight are common with bulking products. Cautions: bulking products can add some body fat and a bloated look.

After gaining the size it is usually advisable to use a cutting cycle to remove stored fat from the rapid gains.  A full 2 grams of protein daily per pound of body weight is essential for maximum growth.
